5/26/2017 Jarid Johnson My vehicles have been serviced by Hans Art Automotive since 1985, that says a lot. I have yet to find a shop more dedicated to high quality service and professional auto maintenance. At Hans Art Automotive, they know we as clients have personal relationships with our cars and listen carefully when I describe my car's issues. So many other shops will only say "we have to get under the hood before we can tell you what's going on." Hans is always open to assessing and discussing the car's symptoms with me and providing possible solutions. Han's takes the opportunity to educate his clients and has taught me how to do the best job I can to maintain my car. He is honest in his assessments about the work my car needs, providing options for maintenance and sound advice on what and when certain maintenance needs to be done. This process not only saves me money in the long run, but has virtually eliminated breakdowns. Do I highly recommend Hans Art Automotive? Why yes I do.
5/26/2017 Laura Kwan Took my 2001 Nissan in for a scheduled service. Glad to get a good bill of health on my car from the mechanic. No major issues. My car was ready for pickup later that day. Really appreciate that as I work outside S.F. and now drive to work. Happy to see Sophia again. Got to meet Hans this time! (I think this was my fourth visit). Thanks for driving my car out of your parking area and to the curb site parking spot!
